Another addition to the family of box office hit sequel Meet the Parents (2000) and Meet the Fockers (2004), is Little Fockers. The first two movies garnered $330 million and 516 million respectively.The trailer released over the internet lately promised to be as hilarious and entertaining as the prequels with additional stars like Jessica Alba, Raven-Symone, Laura Dern and Harvey Keitel. Original cast is still untouched with Dustin Hoffman, Robert de Niro, Barbara Streisand, Blythe Danner, Owen Wilson, Teri Polo and Gaylord Focker himself Ben Stiller. However, Jay Roach will not be taking the director’s helm this time, instead Paul Weitz will take on to finish this comedy flick.
Teasers are already flooding the internet. Little Fockers will revolve around the story of the anticipation of Pamela (Teri Polo) and Gaylord (Stiller), together with their fans. In this movie, they will have twins. Gaylord will experience middle-age crisis and troubles in parenting. These things were aggravated by his clamor to earn more
money to support his family. As he gets more worried, Jack (de Niro) will again be highly suspicious of his strange actions and this is where the film brings laughter from fights between the two men.
Universal Studios is set to release this sequel to the funny saga of couple Gaylord and Pam on the 22nd of December, 2010. The first two movies spun around the couple’s adventure with meeting both of their parents. With two successful movies preceding it, Little Fockers is expected to become a smash hit as well.
