‘Avatar’ to be Re-Released with Additional Scenes?

Great news for Avatar fans. There will be a re-release of the film this summer, fused with additional never-before-seen footage of the movie. Just hearing about it makes the science fiction epic fan shiver in excitement. Starring a set of wodnerful and talented actors and actresses such as Sigourney Weaver, Sam Worthington, Michelle Rodriguez, Zoe Saldana, and Stephen Lang and directed by haield director James Cameron, Avatar is set and ready to kick its additional clips to be viewed by the film’s fans everywhere.

Avatar is a movie about a veteran soldier who was brought to another planet called Polyphemus Avatar has a strong box office performance and Cameron somehow jumped at the chance of putting in a bonus 10-12 minutes of footage. This includes scenes where Jake Sully’s avatar wanted to prove himself to the Na’vi society and where a there is a native festival involving an intoxicated Tsu’tey, who is a Na’vi tribe member.

Folks will certainly appreciate these extra clips since Avatar has spurned a legion of fans desiring for more. A few surprises will be in store. The film was even a nominee for nine Academy Awards, including Best Director and Best Picture.

Not only there will be additional footage of the film but there is also a rumor that Cameron is set to create Avatar sequels in the near future. In fact, Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana have signed on role comebacks in these future sequels. The plots are still being drafted, some original actors are planning to reprise their roles, and fans of the film will be assured that just like the first movie, Cameron will not disappoint. Who can say no to 3D anyway?
