Stacy Keach On Board for the cast of the Next ‘Bourne Legacy’

It seems that lately all the confidential production details for the ‘Bourne Legacy’ fourth movie under Universal are slowly being revealed. The studio recently announced that Stacy Keach has been on board already for a role that is still not unraveled. In fact, the plot for the next movie plus the name of the other characters involved are still kept as secret.

 

One thing is for sure, the film will have Jeremy Renner as the lead but he will not play the role of Jason Bourne. Ed Norton will also be in it along with Rachel Weisz, Albert Finney and even Joan Allen. All of them recently joined the entire cast so as to reprise their roles in the previous ‘Bourne’ films.

 

It will be Tony Gilroy who was the writer for all three previous films of the series will be the one to direct this time around. If you do not know Keach, his breakout role was in a movie called ‘Fat City’ made way back in 1972. It was directed by John Huston and also starred the great actor Jeff Bridges. He also was a part of ‘The New Centurions’ and the ‘Road Games’ which is a 1981 thriller movie. For a miniseries about ‘Hemingway’, he was also a part of but he was most popular for being Mike Hammer in ‘The New Mike Hammer’. It was a television series made from 1984 to around 1987.

 

‘Legacy’ is set to hit the big screen by August 3 which everyone awaits.
