The Future of ‘Ghostbusters 3′ Will Depend on Bill Murray

Have you been following the rumors with regards to the upcoming ‘Ghostbusters 3’? Well, you know what recently has been happening and there is even a script that was written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky which makes everyone seems to jump on it the soonest except for Bill Murray, so it seems.

Majority of the rumors being heard is focused on Murray since he seems to be not so into it. Since the story would revolve about passion on the torch, it can possibly be without Murray. But there were rumors that Sony just won’t give the green light if he will not be in it. A brand new script was finished and sent to Murray so as to see what he has to say. Without him, the $150 million budget that Sony is heard to be allotting surely will not push through.

But even if his decision continues to be on a limbo, it is still hard to blame him. He mentioned to GQ just last year that the vision for the third installment vanished when he heard how bad ‘Year One’ came out and that both Stupnitsky and Eisenberg were the same guys who penned the script. But Ernie Hudson being Winston Zeddemore has really had it boiled down explaining that Bill is the one setting up too much of a high expectation.

Who can blame Murray? He has the most star power out of everyone in the cast and has the most solid career at present.
