Not every movie has’acting’ and a ‘story’ in it. There’s variety. This is just a funflick. You just have to broaden your mind.

And a lot of movies are made on things that we watch on TV. That’s thewhole point. The movie combines them all in a 1.5 hour package, adsmore style (if you’d like to put it that way) and story to it, makes itmore fun to watch. You can’t apply the art-house mentality to everymovie out there.

And dancing IS like a “mysterious force”, and a “way of life whichleads you into wisdom”. A lot of people believe in this. Just like onewould believe in the power of music or art and or any other aestheticfield. I’m not a dancer, but I’m open to these concepts. The movie hascommercialized all these, which is obvious, since this is a mainstreammovie.

My judgment: The movie is exciting, but the plot could have beensmarter.

I really love to watch all the dance movies out there, Step Up,Streetdance, You got served, Center stage, Make it happen, the listgoes on. The plot I pay a little attention to, the acting not too much, but I really love to watch the dancing.

    And this movie has it.

The acting, wasn't the best, but there were only 3 actors I recognized.Alyson Stoner (Cam), from Camp Rock and Cheaper by the dozen, SharniVinson (Nat) from Home and Away and Adam Sevani (Moose) from TheStreets. I had never heard of some of the others, and with these sortsof movies, you aren't going to see the most famous. First and foremostyou want to make sure they can dance, acting comes second. No usehaving a well known actor, that can't dance.

The plot, its a standard plot, nothing special. There's the romance, the fight, the break up, the get back together, dancing to winsomething. Standard.

The dancing is the bit I like. Whilst i am not a dancer myself, i enjoythe moves, the choreography, the sites, the sounds, the use of thingslike the lights, or the water, every little bit. If the movie has thedancing, I'm happy.
